Anyone ever had a problem with their power seat binding up, well mine bound up and broke the seat track i had to manually take apart the seat track and position it in the farthest position back, this really sucks.

Also i was wondering if the manual seat brackets will bolt to the power seat "seat". I was thinking of getting a bracket from a manual slider car and putting it in their temporarily. i wonder if an upholstery shop could fix the bracket itself, or whatever.

Thanks

Jason

Hey man you seem to be having a hell of a time with that car. Anyway I have a complete drivers manual seat that you are welcome to have, just have to make a trip to bham to get it.

Thats going to be your best solution, becuase you are not going to want to pay to get the power seat fixed. My other car is a 96 Acura Cl and the power seat in that thing went out. Just out of curiosity I took it to Acura and they quoted me $600 b/c they would have to replace the whole bracket and motors. I'm just gonna see if a shop will rebuild the motor for like $50.

Silverbullit302, yeah man i have been having one hell of a time with this thing, IF IT DON'T WATCH IT IT WILL BE SOLD including the fact that i have not found my miss yet. and it is driving me crazy. I will prob. take you up on that offer to pick it up in B'ham THANKS

red94fiveo, yeah i think i will prob. do the manual track thing due to the fact that my pass. seat is manual as well and just easier i think.
