I have a 1995 mustang GT 5spd, bought off original owner 3 weeks ago, in 100% original condition. I had a hard time getting 200+KPH or 115-20 MPH out of the car, so I started doing some mods. I have installed a 2.5 in offroad H-Pipe, a BBK cold air intake and a 70mm thrattle body on the car and it helped but I still am not happy with the top end I get out of the car 222-30 KPH or around 130 mph does that sound right??

273s. but the reason I ask is that my buddy has a 2000 Ram Air and I can hold close untill we get over 75-85 MPH. And I had a 91 GT that would pull like 245-250 KPH and 145MPH On speedo and only had bolt ons. Are the earlier years faster??

Not mad just wondering what everybody else is getting out of their cars in the same year category. I am way more happy with this style and the ride I get out of it, I also love the way it hangs donuts and how it hooks up .

when my car was stock it would make it to about 120 and after that there just wasn't enough power to push it faster even though i was in fourth gear at about 3k rpm. get some lower gears that will multiply your torque and you should be able to get a higher speed.

Will 4.10s not make me rev out before I get up to the high speeds we are talking about? If I go with 3.55s I will still get some fuel economy and better power but 4.10s will hurt me on the highway for milage, I drive alot on the highway about 90 miles a day round trip.
