Does anyone know what the lenghts of the power steering ram cylinder should be. We are working on a 65 and the car does not turn all the way to the right. Left is fine. When we pull the cylinder the car will turn to the stops both ways but the shaft sticks into the hole on the bracket (header bracket that lowers the cylinder) past the shoulder for the bushing washer. I don't know how long it should be and I'm wondering if the bracket may be welded in crooked.
