Couldn't there be a better looking setup from factory than an AC delete? Maybe the setup from an 84 COugar or something? Any ideas? Currently I have an alternator bracket from a truck and a fabricated pully that deleted my power steering, air pump, and AC. I was planning on a nice performance bracket kit but the cost is too high for me right now. And with the 17" wheels, I wonder if the car will be driveable without power steering lol Maybe I should start fabricating my own bracket system for the alternator and power steering but the serpentine belt needs a tensioner to run? I can't just find a way to use the alternator to create belt tension like in the older setups with 2 or 3 belts?

Serpentine belts are very different from regular v-belts used on early model vehicles. Serpentine or poly-v belts require a lot more tension and belt wrap to keep them from wearing out or jumping the pulleys. This is especially true on startup and shutdown where the belt experiences more fluctuation. Running a serpentine belt without a tensioner can work, but the life of the belt will be shortened.
