Power steering hose routing

There are 2 hoses with the PS setup - 1 is pressured line and the other is the return line (low pressure). Stock hoses run along the shock tower and them down to the PS cylinder. This is pretty tight even on a 302 with headers, so will probably not work with a 351. I have heard some guys run them under the motor mounts, but haven't seen any pictures of this done. I need to re-route mine now due to header clearance. You might want to use a cheap vacuum hose as a mock up and then have custom hoses made at a hydraulic shop. This is what I plan to do if my stock hoses are too short.

Try ordering one for a car that came with the 351C this should give you the length you need as the pump and control valve should be the same for both application.

In 67, the pressure hose was a two-piece dealie. If you see one of these advertised, it is a more accurate hose repro. but that probably doesn't matter to you.
Some big blocks and/or Shelby's routed the hoses differently. They used a different bracket that mounted somewhere around the motor mount as mentioned. This is probably your best bet as the Cleveland was never used in 67 and is a larger engine. Another possibility is to try the hoses for a 390 as they were put in 67's from the factory.
