So I have a 69 Fastback with a Mustang II front suspension. Everything seems to work nicely but when turn the wheel all the way left or right the pump squeals like a pig! Is there some sort adjustment I am missing? (the PS pump is a saginaw type)

Squeal when holding the steering against the stops is normal. You are forcing the pump to hold the steering arms against the stops at 800-1000 p.s.i. and the drive belt can't take the strain. Ease up. It's not like all that force is helping you turn.

Thanks... I only have this problem when I am moving in and out of the garage and such. When I get the squeal I also get PS fluid leaking. Isn't there some sort of pressure relief valve that should shunt off the pressure if it gets too high?
