having ps pump issues still and thinking of going manual. i got a belt that allowed me to bypass the ps pump and still run the car. i tried driving it and it was very hard to steer. i told my friend and he said its because the ps rack has a 13:1 ratio but a manual has 15:1. also, with the ps pump not spinning, to turn, i had to fight the hydrolic fluid. is that true about the fluid and the ratio?
