Power Window Problems

I have a 2001 Mustang Base model V6

The passenger window isn't wanting to roll down. but if i open up my drivers side door at a 45 degree angle and then press the buttons on both the drivers and passengers side the window will "roll" down or "roll" up. (I usually don't "roll" down a power window ) .When the drivers door is shut the button on the passengers door pulls power but only when I hit the up button but I cant do that for anything else.
So I do know that the motor, regulator, and buttons kinda work I guess.

Drivers side window works perfectly fine though
