Are there different sizes for these 3 pins? The car is an 86 Vert. It's the front passenger side window. I bought some recently and today I went to put them in and they just don't seem to fit. Anyone have this problem? If anyone has experience in the installation of these please any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Only one size that I know about. Remove the fragments of the old rollers, clean out the grease and debris. Put the new rollers in, use a little white greae or silicon grease on the new rollers.

I had some ball bearings laying around in my garage. I dropped them in, haven't had a problem. Are those torque pins some sort of safety thing?

Yes. If some part of your anatomy (or someone else's) gets stuck in the window when it rolls up, the window stops. There are no limit switches for the up & down limits, so they come into play there too.
