Power window's clicking

Dont curse ford for something stupid like power windows...they go bad on brand new cars all the time. Ford doesnt make abnormally bad regulators in my experience. Take off your door panel and grease them and look to see where the noise is comming from. Im not a master tech but if something is not working correctly i look and listen to see where the problem seems to be

Go to the FAQ section of our forum..... there is a good write up on changing these.
BAD NEWS: You have to take the door panel apart and remove the window motor.
GOOD NEWS: The cost to fix this is under $5. (excluding your labor of course)

I just fixed this problem on my car. They dont sell the plastic gear that u need at the dealer anymore so I had to buy the whole dam motor. 80 bucks. Mine was clicking too before it went bad. Good Luck!
It works nice, especially if you have some laying around.

Mine are messed up too...I have to help my window up and down...can we convert to manual windows?

what do these torque pins look like? All i know is the three angular plastic things holding the gear into place were shot, there were plastic shavings everywhere, and I tyed looking all over the internet and I couldnt find anything. Best I could find was a repail kit for pre 93 mustangs.

It's pretty easy. Follow the write up in the FAQ sticky, it has pics and all.
Your local Auto Parts store may have the bushings in the HELP section. You can also buy the bushing kit from my Company. The part number is also in the FAQ sticky.
