had the same problem...ended up pulling window motors out (separated window motor gear from window gear) and depressed the window switch, and window motor works. im guessing it froze or seized up after being in the window rolled down for so long as it sits in the garage (which is why the windows stay down).

Guess I never posted an update...thought I did. Anyway, I took both door panels off, hit the motors a couple times, and both windows went up. This was in April of 2017, and have not had an issue since. The windows have been up and down probably 100 times since then. Although, I always put the windows up when parking in my garage now.

Sometimes weird issues in the door locks and windows can be a wire/wires in the door accordion. The wire insulation can crack and create a tension spot where the wires can break.
