ok, who has Powerslot rotors on their car? just wondering if they are better/worse than the Baer Decelerotors, or Eradispeeds? i have used Eradispeeds before on another mustang with great results, just wondering about the Powerslot product.

I have had power slot rotors on my car before. Powerslot brand rotors are an OEM rotor with slots cut into the face of the rotor. Baer, Brembo, and Stoptech all make superior quality rotors that are better than Powerslot. Remember, you get what you pay for and that is especially true when it comes to brakes.

I've got PowerSlot rotors on the rear of my Marauder because I wanted to match the look of the Wilwood kit up front, but didn't have the money for the rear kit as well. The PowerSlots are ok, but nothing special. After two years of use with Hawk HPS pads they've got some scoring, while the higher quality front rotors that came with my Wilwood kit from TCE Performance are smooth as the day I put them on. Maybe the PowerSlot cryo-treated rotors would hold up a little better.

I have heard from several different people that the cryo treated rotors are better but I can't confirm that. I also have powerslot rotors on the rear but I'm planning to replace them with the Steeda rear kit. If I was faced with the rotor choise again I'd skip the Powerslots and go with a better quality rotor.

Check out the Stop Tech Stage 2 brake upgrade at Brenspeed. It looks like a great kit for the money.
