Powersteering Delete, Keep A/C?

I currently don't have A/C or Powersteering, but I'm putting A/C back on (its fricken HOT here). Are there any kits available that have an Idle pulley for where the P/S should reside? I'm going to run a Flaming river rack so no need for the P/S (obviously.)

If not I'll just make one, but it would save some work if there is an alternative option. Could you just bypass where it would be? Or do you need an Idler there?

I don't think you would even need a pulley there if you use the stock brackets and put the A/C compressor back on. People run short belts and bypass the P/S pump at the track all the time, so removing it should be no different.
