i just noticed today that where it says bassani on the tips it is rusting. no where else on the tips, just where it said "BASSANI" in black. what can i do get rid of it? they've only been on for like 3 weeks.
to be honest i don't even know. baffles in or out, what is the sound difference. i thnk theyre in though. it's very loud. like i duno if itts even rust... maybe they get so hot the paint where it says bassani is melting?? theres no other mark on the pipes but right on the letters.
hmm...not sure if your '98 setup is different than mine. The baffles are inside the tips of the exhaust and it's louder with them out, by a good margin actually.
I haven't had a chance to look at mine to see where you're talking about. I'll have to take a look and see.

if the baffles are out, is there a performance difference? can i see them? my car is loud now... so it can get louder? i dunno if i even wanna do that.
yea check the tips where it says bassani.. it's weird. like an orangish brown on the letters.. i don't get it.
