Just tring to find out what steps I need to take when I get a custom chip burnt. What info do they need? Who is the best and easiest to deal with on the east coast?

if you are looking for a chip to order, then JMS is tough to beat. They will want to know: cam,heads,intake,throttle body, maf,injectors,weight,tranny,rear end ratio,where you want the fan to turn on, any drivability problems,the number of your computer and probably a couple other things I dont remeber. I will say that it fixed the drivabilty probs I had with a e-cam. good luck!
