Driving home today I got the P0153 Slow o2 circuit response code. I have an o/r x and MILs and one of the buggers must have gone south. I would like to just turn them off if I can, but looking through the modify tune menu I wasn't sure if I need to turn the o2 sensors off or turn off the 2 heater bank sensors. Anyone know offhand?

0153 is the front drivers side o2. Turning off the rears won't do anything to fix the problem. More than likely, the front o2 is starting to get lazy. Just replace it.

+1 with what Jstreet said. Also, on the Diablo to turn off the rear O2s you go to Modify Parameters--->OBDII--->

This is from Diablosport:

To set OBD-II setting for no rear O2s - turn all of the parameters to the "OFF" position: OBD-II MIL / OBD-II Test Heater bank 1 downstream / Heater bank 2 downstream O2 Sensor config.

O2 Config = Turn this off for no rear O2 sensors, this tells the PCM that no rear O2 sensors exist, the heater 1 and 2 have to be turned off as well.
