How long should I prime it with the drill? I want to make sure it has enough oil up top before I attempt to start the car. Also what PSI should I keep the oil pressure at while priming it. I don't want to break anything. Thanks

Turns counterclockwise - as sureshot says, I like to have both covers off, and run it til the oil comes out over all 16 rockers/valve springs. Don't rush it - it's actually pretty easy to burn up a drill doing it; I wouldn't use a cordless.

it was free for me and it is somewhere laying around here. i just welded 2 spare oil pump rods together and used a drill. turn it a few seconds after the drill starts to drag from the oil

Actually, you can usually find a thin wall socket of the right size, and tape it to a long 1/4" drive extension. Just be sure you tape it all together so you don't end up with a socket or small extension being dropped down into never never land.
