priming oil pump

i bought one of those tools that attaches to a drill to prime the oil pump. which direction do i go and for how long?

same direction as the distributor turns and until you get oil at the rocker arms

turn the drill in reverse and wait till you see oil pressure on your guage. youw ill notice the drill having more drag on it as you keep going

if you are using a 3/8 drill, prepare to see smoke. if you can get a 1/2 that would be better.
