Well we got the exhaust back up and on correctly sounds the best ever... bbk headers bbk catted h and flowmaster 40's... Well my grandfater was driving it around for a day and said the car runs great... all the kids at the school he works at were like screaming when he pulled up haha....

i went to drive it last night... i put it in to gear... and let off on the clutch... and it felt as if my e-brake was still up... i checked it it was down... i drove around... and my g/f started noticing a burning smell... she said like burnt cake.... i started smelling it as well kinda like old fireworks.... i did a burnout... my possi is fine... my tob is still squeeky... the car sat for 2 weeks... any ideas... maybe just more back preasure then im used 2 + the new cat smell... or do you think something is wrong with my clutch... if i put the e-brake on and let out on the clutch till the car dies... and start it up every few times i feel like something is kicking the hump for the trans... i cant tell if there is something wrong... my gpa swears its fine.... but i know my car and something isnt right... i think it may be clutch related...

The clutch feels fine and is not grabby or slipping?

I vote that it is the oils buring off the exhaust. sometimes that takes a lot of running...

If the clutch feels OK keep driving it.

Actually if it is the clutch is should start almost immediately where as if it is the exhaust it will take a while to start happening.

are the exhaust pieces new? sometimes when you put on brand new exhaust stuff it will smell at first, but will go away after time.

My h-pipe smoked for like 2 days when I put it on.
And not a little smoke either. Some thick blue smoke.

I'd get it up on jack stands and see if the rear wheels are spinning freely. Having it feel like the e-brake is on is not safe (if something is off, as it heats up worse, it will start seizing harder).

Ever had rear brakes seize while at speed?

Burning smell is probably the exhaust, I had the same thing.

for some odd reason i think this is all exhaust part related... when i hit the gass i can feel the same kinda grab... i think these new headers and catted h may be producing more backpreasure gving it a different feel... i dont know... car sounds awesome... and ppulls harder then i have ever felt...
