Problem(s)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok it's a brake problem. here I go.. you tell me what's wrong. I know some possibilities.. but i'm not sure.

First off i have a 01 2v 4.6 with a saleen supercharger bolted on top. I am using a 4v (cobra) power steering pump. It has the little connector on the pump that I never used. I have 4 wheel abs with traction control (the car didn't have abs when i got it). The brakes have all been primed as well as the power steering. (if you haven't noticed this is a 4.6 swap). Well the power steering works fine on it after I got it primed and I figured the brakes would too after. Well I guess I primed my hydro boost because I did what the service manual told me to do. Well the fuse block wiring harness is a cobra also... which I do not think matters. Well when I am running the car and press the brakes the brakes go all the way down... not dead but it feels as if your moving your foot through water if you know what I mean... there is a little resistance there. I get very slight brake power. Anyone know what the problem is? The service manual lists using a NEXT GENERATINO STAR (NGS) TESTER AND A NGS FLASH CABLE to plug in under the dash and follow the instructions. I do not know what that does... but I assume it's necessary because the manual says "necessary equipment" under brake bleeding. Does anyone know where i can get someone to do that for me? without paying ford $ 1,921.91 to look at my car?
Also the technique I used for priming my brakes were first the master cylinder then each caliper in the correct order. I first opened the bleeder valve, had someone depress the brake pedal, then i tighten the bleeder valve, then released the brake.. and repeated until I thought the air was gone because the bubbles disappeared.

Possible problems....
1.) can't use cobra power steering pump
2.) brakes need to be re-bled (is that a word)
3.) hydraullic control unit (abs booster) needs to be replaced
4.) cobra fuse block is no good
5.) ?

Please help me out...

I would absolutely re-bleed the brakes before I did anything else. I will also note that (although I have never had to try) some people believe the ABS block cannot be bled properly unless the dealer does it.

Mushy brake pedal SCREAMS air in the lines.

Like I said, I do not claim to be an authority in this area. I have never had to do it. I've only bled the master and calipers. Perhaps you've got the stuff to get it done. I simply want to point that that as a more likely area to have a dealer focus on than the fuse block or hydraboost if it goes that direction.

haha.. stuff to get it done no way... i have a piece of tube a cup and a leg. I'm going to take it to the dealer on thursday for the brakes to be done... plus they have that computer thing that I don't. I believe it's the air too... because I think.. might be my imagination.. but i think i hear air whistling for a split second when i slam on the brakes (when I got pissed off that it wasn't working). we will see. I am open for any other suggestions.. thanks. oh yea.. btw, i found my abs fuse was burnt out.. but i replaced it and little difference.. i feel like i have a little brake at the end.
