Problem with trickflow intake

i have a Trickflow street heat intake..

still having issues with the car running right after swap... i bought it used.

the intake gets super HOT like in 30 seconds i have herd of the lower being cracked and the exhaust going threw? Sucking air and messing with my vacum?

the lower intake does have coolant running through it. and EGR gases do go through it.
