Check your fuses and links first. If you don't find anything then start shooting wires back from the relay under the driver's seat. If you go power at the relay then it's a problem from the relay to the pump.... if you don't, then it's a problem from the relay up to the charging system. Keep cutting the flow in half till you find it.
