Problems with my gas tank

Hey a couple weeks ago i was putting gas in my stang and the hose got stuck. I had to pull the hose out og the gas tank and now everytime I fill up gas leaks out of my tank where the neck goes into the tank around the rubber piece. What do I need to do about fixing this?

replace the rubber an remount the tank spout to the car

Thanks man. But how do I go about getting the the rubber off and then back on?

gnna have to drop the tank on that side...Im pretty sure the piece ur refering to just slips on and over the spout
