Prochamber and exhaust leak

Hey guys, I installed my prochamber last night and it has a rather annoying exhaust leak on the driver's side.

I did some searching and read that the Ford stud kit part #600-1819 from NAPA takes care of this. Is this true? I want to make sure before I go buy the kit and re-install everything.

I didn't read up before the installation, I figured it'd be the same as my other mustangs. I put an h-pipe on my 90 & 97 mustangs without issues, I figured this would be the same, guess not.

Any other tips?

That will fix it. If it was new stock prochamber it should have come with an adaptor for the drivers side to take up the space. It is just a flanged pipe that fits on the drivers side manifold end.

Thanks for the info. I got it used from a friend of a friend, you know how that goes. It was a hell of a lot easier to install than expected, so adding the stud kit won't be a problem.

It won't be fun :)

Yeah that is the fix if you don't have the adaptor.

There's an adapter? Can I pick that up somewhere?

Hmmm I picked mine up used too went right on no problems no leaks. Just had to extend the rear o2's heck that took longer than taking the stock hpipe off and putting the prochamber on.

I didn't have to extend mine, everything fit just fine, no issues at all, only the leak.
