I went through a lot of old threads reading about what mid pipes people where using. I was considering the P/C because I read that it gives more power compared to others. Any input would be great.

I heard the p/c made good power too, I'd like to get one some day, I wish mac made their stuff in stainless, or at least aluminized.
I never owned one but hear they sound pretty good.(they are on the quiet side)
Your not going to notice any increase in power. And if you motor is stock you mite feel a lose of power when taking off the stock H pipe.

down low i could tell there was a difference but i picked it back up up top.
The pro chamber is a GIMMICK. If you cut one open, it's inside are shaped like an X. Inside that box is triangular plates on the outer sides that give it an X shape. On top of that it also muffles the exhaust tone a LOT compared to a true X or an H. Lastly they're extremely over priced. Good for something different as far as sound goes, but not much else.
How r they a gimmick?
This guy @ the track had one. He was pushing 400+HP N/A with a pro chamber, muff's to the axles with no tails! "TOTAL BADASS" sound!It was mellow @ idle but made a very unique 5.0 sound when he revved it!
The part about making more power than an X or H is a gimmick. Cut open a Pro Chamber and you'll see my point. They're a boxed up X pipe. Period.
Also, you can run 400hp through a set of swing set pipes and it'll sound badass
Is it a true x pipe covered up with a box? or is it exposed to the chamber?
