I installed a procharger and got it running. I installed the p1sc with 42lbs., 3 core intercooler, svt focus fuel pump and a 10lb pully. I gapped new NGK's to .035 and installed the tune that RPM Outlet e-mailed me.It idles *well* okay but you can smell the fuel (rich)

Now the issue. It runs like a bat out of hell in first & second but when the engine is under load (like when taching out third and so on)it starts to buck and jerk. It seems to be extremly rich the pugs like to be a bit black. Could this be the stock maf?

OMG you are running a stock MAF at 10psi?????????

i would bet thath you are pegging that MAF! have you run it on a dyno yet?? you should never go give it hell till it sees a dyno.

get it dynoed ASAP!!!

Yea bud if your on the stock MAF its definatly pegging! Fortunatly you have 42# injectors or you would be in SERIOUS trouble with a lean condition.

^ I agree...first buy a lightning MAF and then get it dyno tuned. What they send generic is TOTAL CRAP tune wise.

Stock maf = bad idea. Also, pull the intake (discharge side) and check for oil, p1's are known for leaking seals, hopefully this isn't the issue.

Do yourself and your car a favor and get a Lightning MAF
and a decent tune.Sorry but,I don't belive you actually trust those
people at RPM Outlet tuning your car.
Not all the Procharger units had the leaking seal issues.
It is more the older model P1SC units that had this issue
it wouldn't stop my from getting a Procharger P1SC for
my mustang.

Make sure intake air temp sensor is on the inlet side. Also stock maf definatly needs to go.
