I'm currently fabricating my prototype 2.5" and 3" tailpipes for Mustangs and TC's. I need your opinions to figure out what I'm going to offer exactly...

I can do the tailpipes 3 ways, I don't want to carry all three styles though as I don't feel there is a big enough market for 3 different designs. I'd like to know what you guys would prefer. I'll show generic pictures from another manufacturer for comparison purposes...The 3 options are:

Standard LX style pipes with the stainless steel angle cut tips:

LX style pipes with aluminized angle cut tips.

GT style pipes which just turn down at the rear and aren't visible from outside the car, aluminized.

The Stainless Steel version would be ~$30 higher each, or ~$50 higher for the pair over the aluminized versions in 2.5". I'm not sure on the 3" pricing yet.

Let me know what you would prefer, if the price difference is different for the SS tips, which two I should offer, etc. Thanks.

I would prefer the Standard LX pipes... straight. never did like the GT's 2 turndowns. However i would offer standard LX and GT. that way people that have GT's or people that are running GT rear bumpers are also Potential customers as the LX styles Wouldnt clear.

i too would prefer standard lx tails.are you going to make t-bird pipes are just market mustang tails as t-bird pipes?i've got your 3" downpipe with the 2 1/2 duals running into 2 dynomax ultraflows.i used some mustang tailpipes out of a dynomax super turbo kit and it fit like crap.i would like a set that actually fits the t-bird,not ones that say you need extensions or say they fit with minor modificatios.

I like hidden pipes nowadays. I can't see myself putting tail pipes on my car ever again. Even the side exhaust I have now would be dumped if I redid the exhaust.

Anything that's hidden is my vote.
