Does anyone here have this fan? It looks like a pretty nice fan for the money, having an adjustable thermostat and everything. If you do have it, what do you think of it? And does anyone have troubles with it at Idle with underdrive pullies? I'm not very concerned about it because I have a 100 Amp alternator, but any insight you guys can give is really appreciated. Thanks!

I'm sure you've heard it before but get the mark 8 or taurus fan... cheaper and blow more air. You do need the alternator upgrade but u said you have it already...

A guy here at work just put one on his car & he likes it other than being a little heavy for the size.

The proform fan is crap. Maybe it was just the unit they sent me, but the design is poor. The fan attaches to the radiator via 4 brackets that screw into the fan frame. Well the fram was made from hollow square rods. At the end of each rod, there was a steel threaded insert to screw the bracket in. The insert was just press fitted in, and as soon as I started to tighten the brackets up, the inserts pulled out. I was so pissed. Unless they've changed the design, I wouldn't recommend it. Go with taurus or mark viii fan, thats what I did.
