Project "BlackOut" 89 convert.

your a fat mo fo!!! you know my dads porsche doesnt have a cup holder and the dealer asked him if he wanted to drive or to be a fat american.

you would fall in the fat american catagory

I do fall in the fat american category, but here is an example where a cupholder is amazing...

Lunch break at work hits, you are craving something from the place down the street (Mickey D's, Burger King, KFC, Subway...any place that gives you a drink in a cup) so you run down, hit the drive-through, and although you fully intended all along to just bring the stuff back to work to eat, you still gotta get it back there without making a mess. Drop the cup into the holder, drive back to work and enjoy.

Maybe this is a few-and-far-between type scenario for you, but for some its common. Even just having a bottle of water is good to place in a holder rather than wedging it or letting it roll around. New GT500's have cupholders, and the damn things have colored lights in them.

I would do this project myself, but maybe I will toss Ryan a few bucks and have him do one for me...as long as his comes out nice :nice:

:stupid:

just looks out of place, driving a mustang takes concentration. its not some fat american drive thru burger joint.

but how many times have you gone through the drive thru in your mustang and then they hand you the pop and your like or chit where am i gonna put this?

come on S&B you could get use out of it. you would have a place to sit your beer while your tinkering with no fear of it spilling!
also a place to through an extra set of keys while driving
putting your cell phone in it.
ect ect ect. just something different and very few have it.

bondo. unside isnt the most appealing to the eye but there is some fasteners and bondo holding it on. trust me its not going anywhere. and the cup holders are the perfect hight there where they sit on the carpet.
