What? Did you get hit by the spring last year?
I have only done springs on a Stang 4 times and never did use a spring compressor. Just got the car up, loosened what I needed to with thw jack under the lower control arn and slowly drop it down and pop out the spring. Easy as pie  No drama at all :nice:
I could see needing one to get stock springs back in but Sportlines are so short they slip in with no problem :nice:

There is no problem cutting springs as long as you use a cut off wheel. The problems come when people try to cut springs with a torch.

the cut off wheel is my new favorite power tool btw!

how are the eiback sport lines in the department for launching? is there anyway i can find out of there is a shift kit in my aod? becasue it shifts alot harder then my old aod vert.

oh yeah. i was grabbing my cam to take pics of the blood running from my face. no you ******* i dont have pics of that ****.

lmao.

honestly though the hose clamp method is a great way to do it, i didnt even use hose clamps the first time used tiewraps

Pan-Duit of course

actually installing drag springs are really easy for me,i just drop the control arm and leave the strut connected, installed the spring angle it right and jack the control arm up while someone maneuvers the control arm in. Took me 15mins on each side.
