After:
The board is cut out for the bottle and the dufflebag is mounted to the board so it will not uncover while driving. Since my car is a vert you could see the bottle really easy with the top down and if you where looking for it you could see it wit the top up. Also the wires are comming from around the bag and under the bag not out of it, when I get some time I will rerun the wire so they will not be seen. Oh and the extra wires from the before to after is the bottle heater and bottle opener.

It's beyond easy to hide a nitrous kit. My buddies 01GT he used to have had one of the first NX "plate" kits that mounted the plate between the plenum and the lower intake. We spent an extra 20-30 minutes just wire looming the wires/braided line and 99% of the people that looked under the hood couldn't see it. We were standing in the staging lanes at the track and this guy walked up, looked under the hood for a few minutes before telling us he had a nitrous kit for sale if we were interested in buying it, haha. We didn't "hide" it for the making money factor, just done a "cleaner" install per say that ended up kinda hidden under the hood.

Good times.

To the OP, I would suggest getting some carpet to hide that nasty floor. You should be able to find a cheap piece of carpet at lowes/any carpet store and it will look a lot better. I like the duffle bag, gives it character. ;)

So it looks good and all but I have to ask...

Why?

Are you gonna go out, race people, and then say it's not being sprayed? If thats the case anyone would realize there is a bottle in there, not going to fool the hard core racers. The cops, would search the bag, so if thats the reason you'd probably get caught there as well.

Interesting idea, good execution, but I question the reasoning.

That dufflebag is too perfectly centered in the trunk....especially considering it's on a smooth cardboard surface. It would make me suspicious considering every time i put one in my trunk it ends up smashed against one of the sides or all the way to the front.

The real reason is to be able to use the trunk again without anything hitting the bottle, if you open the bag you will find the bottom of the bag not the bottle. The bag and board come out in one piece. I do race but I tell people straight up what I have and never race for money so there is no reason to lie. Also if a cop pulled me over and seen a nitrous bottle in the trunk he might get the wrong idea as I normally never use nitrous on the road unless I am doing test runs in mexico. If a cop were to pull me over and caught a glance at a dufflebag with uniforms hanging out probably wouldnt say anything. Also I do plan on carpet.

You guys are A-holes. Its a pretty decent idea.

Not to one-up the original post, but I had a buddy who did the exact same thing, but with a finished trunk (carpet) and the bottle was mounted in the corner, so the bag looked like it was just hanging out there. It was VERY stealth.

Also, there is nothing wrong with running a hidden nitrous kit, and if done right, people will likely NOT guess that you are spraying. Why do you think NOS sells the "Sneaky Pete" kit? Unless you're purging it through the hood and spraying 200+ hp, people will think you have badass internals or port work or a stroker motor, etc.

So people will think the car is fast when it is on a bottle? Hmm, unless I were racing for money I personally see no point in doing that. Afterall if you have to hide the nitrous to look like your car runs good for whats done to it, then shouldn't you be trying to make it run good for whats done to it? THEN not hide the bottle and spray it to run even better?

To the OP, I guess I see where your coming from, does look convincing though!
