Proper way to Flush and Bleed Brakes

Okay.

Getting ready to replace the brake lines with braid steel ones, I think this is an ideal time to flush the brake system, swap the brake lines and bleed them. What should I be using to flush the brake system? What would you recommend I use for brake fluid.. This is a street stang, not strip racer..
