Just to give you an update Hissin,
I tested the EGR diaphragm with a vacuum thing tester and the valve itself works perfectly, the diaphragm moves and hold the pressure. Now i've got two more thing to test, gotta install the EGR pipe that goes from the valve to the headers. If it doesn't fix the problem, I'll have to check if the vac line is cracked or something.
