By 94 they added that thermistor yours probably does not have and the pfe systems were out
I will keep looking for an actual vacuum schematic for you
Yours should have some of the vacuum delay valve and reservoir parts too inline
So basically red to the vacuum reservoir and from there over to the evr and then green to the valve

It's too bad it is all busted up like that but you can fix it
I cannot help much further right now but someone on here probably has a stock 91 that can post pictures for you if you wait long enough

that's ok thank you again for your time and info I'm trying to learn these cars the 90s technology I just mess up everything I touch I've only had cars after 96 I've always worked on my own cars like the distributor I kept not having TDC on the wrong stroke or it would be 180 out and on tdc it was driving me nuts

You'll get it
A ton of job satisfaction when you get something done right
You can get a whole slew of that vacuum lines and rubber cheap at the wrecking yard
Look for a ford that has the same setup as yours and take it all
That little white clip on your 4 way rubber piece is where you can pull it apart I believe for an engine r and r

Some of the v6's had the vacuum lines incased in a big loom with the wiring and it protects it
So the vacuum lines on those are usually still flexible and good
Most all of the Fords of your era had the same evr and vacuum parts

Disconnecting the EGR doesn't really help anything. It doesn't take away from performance and may increase your gas mileage. Best to just leave it alone. I can't tell from the pic but I think the 'blue thing' is your vac check valve. My Mustang is long gone but referring to the last diagram (Thermactor Air System), your smog pump and diverter and bypass valves and TAD and TAB solenoids can go away. That means the 2 dark blue vac lines (source vacuum) leading to the TAD & TAB solenoids need to be plugged.

ya idk what I was thinking it's my first mustang and after I did the smog I thought the EGR had to go also so block the 2 lines coming in the bottom fender then what plugs into the EGR and the back of the head the rubber block

If you disconnect the egr the computer knows by way of no evp sensor movement
That is like a partial limp mode and they rub like chit
It backs the timing way down, no power and bucking and jerking is the result

I'm just not sure what has to go where I'm trying to put it all back together but I'm not sure what lines went in what hole on the black connecter
