Pulled wipers to fix linkage, now hearing noise...

I pulled off my wipers because my passenger side wasn't working but the drivers side was..figured it was linkage. I reconnected everything and now when I turn my wipers off, I hear a bubbling noise for a few seconds and then it goes away. Could this be from the wiper motor?
