I'm not sure that you can do the alternator pulley without an impact. You'd have to clamp onto something like the pulley or the cooling fan, and likely damage it in the process.
When I did mine, I used a junk serpentine belt, wrapped it around the pulley, pinched the belt around the pulley with some vice grip pliers, and used an impact wrench to get the nut on/off. Obviously the pinched belt didn't give a lot of holding force, but it was enough for an impact. Using a wrench or breaker bar would probably just spin the pulley inside the belt, I imagine.
The water pump and crank pulleys are held in by a series of bolts and you should loosen these before you take the belt off the engine. That makes it easier to do, especially with the water pump. Obviously, you don't need an impact for them.
I don't know if you plan on swapping the power steering pulley, but I believe it requires a special tool to remove. I think its press fit, but don't quote me there.
