"Boom Boom" takes priority over the possible 5hp gain and the issues that may arise from the pulley swap. I'll make the HP up elsewhere...

I have steeda pully's with @800watts rms...i do have a 200amp alt though so no issues anywhere

if you have a big radio system then pullies are a unless you have a capacitor then its a thumbs up, they do make torque over HP though

Steeda underdrive pulleys here and no problems. Dollars per HP/torque gained they're a nice little bolt on.

i think they gain a bit of power but i just dont like the idea of them and how they work. no pullies here

IF I were to get pullies I'd go with Steeda or a brand that replaces the crank balancer. I had the piggyback style and after 3 alternators and 2 batteries in 2 years I pulled them off. I'm not a big fan of them at all. Now if you have a strictly track car then I may use them then.

I've had Steeda UDPs now for over 100K miles and my car has had no problems. Go with Steeda.
