Give me some pointers, tips tricks for remove the engine...
I'll be pulling the engine in the 94 soon, hope this week. Are there any tricky parts to look out for? I've pulled engines in older vehicles with no problems, but will be the first for a fuel injected car. what about the heater core lines? I have a fuel line tool. I'll remove the tranny before the engine, doing by my self and is easier alone, little more work but Oh well. I plan on taking some pics while remove items for reference and bagging the bolts and tagging the lines.
Just that all the ele and vacuum lines seem intimidating.
I've installed clutches, superchargers, timeing chains, water pumps, cams on older cars with carbs (60's era)
Going with a 327 stoker engine(have the short block together) with AFR 185 heads (upgrading springs), T moss ported lower cobra, E cam (emissions legal and have it. I know I'm probly leave some Hp on the table and funds are limited). Compression will be around 9.3 (or so) with the KB flat top with reliefs and 63cc heads. will use FRPP shorty headers, bassani X with cats. The Powerdyne will go back on (Yes I know about the limits of the powerdyne, but I have it and it adds a some kick in the pants). I got the Scat stroker kit semi used, installed but never run for a good price. Needing to get the old motor out to reuse some parts, rockers, timeing cover ect.
