So am I the only one that has problems with pulling oil thru my pcv. I put a water seperator in line between my pcv and my manifold but I still get oil that lays in the runners on my manifold. I have a baffle on my lower and a breather screen in there also. Its definitely worse the harder I push the motor. I know anytime I pull the manifold off there is oil laying on the gasket on the lower intake. If I pull the cover off the upper there's oil laying there also. Any ideas or help here would be appreciated.

Been there. Man have I been there. How fast does the seperator fill up? I ended up by chance using a pcv valve for a 91-93 GM vehicle. My seperator would fill about half way after just 10 minutes of driving. All I did was switch the pcv valve and bingo I hardly get any oil in the seperator even after two hours of drive time. I got it at autozone, but I guess what ever store you go to you could just ask for one for a 91-93 GM vehicle. It's something cheap and easy to try. Amazingly it worked for me, because I struggled with that problem for a while. Keep us informed.

Good luck.

Let us know how it goes. I was surprised it worked, but happy none the less. My motor also is fairly fresh also, just about 1 year and 1500 miles, so hopefully it works for you. I will be very interested to know if it works for someone else. If I remember at Autozone the number on the package was PCV1255 (I think?).

Good luck to you, hope it works.

You sure that your pulling it through the PCV and not the hose from the VC to the throttle body? especially if you have no baffle in the VC. It may not be were it is coming from but just figured I would throw that out there. It seems to happen to some people but not others.
