i am swapping out a used and abused 5.0 for a freshly rebuilt one. i got a new dampner for the new engine and when i pulled the crank pully off the old engine and tested it on the new one the water pump pully and crank pully didnt line up. i see on the old dampner that there is about a 1/2 inch spacer that the pully bolts to that is part of the dampner. now can i just make a spacer or is there a pully kit out there that will make up the differance for me.
