I think with underdrives you change the crank and waterpump, not the power steering pulley.

I have underdrive crank and waterpump pulleys, and the stock alt. pulley. At idle my car charges 14.6v. That is with no lights or accessories on.

I have the motorsport U/D pulleys on my car.. Had to take the alt pulley off cuz wasn't charging as well as i wanted it to at idle.. lights would get to dim specially with radio and heater on at the same time, not to mention all the gauges..

I couldn't tell you, i didn't install the belt. Right now my car has no A/C or smog pump from the previous owner, but im putting all my emissions equipment back in when i can find all of it.

Hey willys1, I also have a Auto 5.0 and I'm getting the March pulley. They have U/D for auto car so charging is not issue. Check them out http://www.marchperf.com/pg29.html there the power and amp series.
