What is it?
My kindle wants me to 'allow' them for stangnet every time I come here.
This is the only place I'm allowed to go so seems reasonable.

I don't. Before when I had them on the notifications would come through even with my window closed. I use this laptop for work so I want to avoid uncontrolled pop ups
