Most likely those heads would retain stock length pushrods. But it's always a good idea to check if they are indeed the correct length using a pushrod checking tool. Comp cams makes a real nice piece for $20. This will allow you to get the proper valvetrain geometry.
The big cam companies like Crane, Comp, Crower and the like, have
excellent basic info on setting up a reliable valve train no matter
what heads, or block you might use.
Makes no matter if heads or block have been milled or even if both
have been milled ... if one wants their valve train to operate like it
should ... and last ... they are gonna have to preform basic checks
to ensure all that stuff is correct.

It don't always mean the same will work for another member
who is running the same heads and block
