I put a "push to start" button in the car and then I lent the car to a chevy guy... he read the button - got out and started to push the car.. I asked "what are you doing" he replied "hey I read the warning, my car is like that but there isn't a warning"...

Thats a joke Right? lol

also Ive thought about making the white button on the underneath of the console to take the keys out so you have to have that button pushed in so when u turn the key it will start....most people wouldnt notice it and everything is stock looking. Just another idea

The key release button is just a mechanical rod that goes into the ignition switch. Theres really nothing to wire to. I took that stupid button out.

yeah I know, I was going to rig up a push button to the rod, so it pushes it in when u press the button up.....Im so used to taking the key out I dont even realize im pushing that button in anymore

What colour/gauge is the starter wire from the key switch that you would run to a pushbutton??...(I would like to keep the Neutral safety switch functional)
