I'm looking for a secondary pusher fan that I can mount on the front of my AC condensor and wire it up so that it comes on with the a/c or whenever my car reaches a certain temp. The problem is that there is very little room between the condensor and the hood latch mechanisms so I was curious if anyone could recommend me a very thin fan that would move enough air to make this endeavor even worth the time. The fan motor is not what I'm worried about as I would mount the fan offset of the latch to gain clearence, but the fan blades would have a maximum thickness of 3/4 of an inch to clear the between the condensor and the latch.

I've tried looking on summit but they give all fan dimensions by motor depth

If you guys are good at fabbing then I have a possible solution for you. I took the front vertical support from the latch and layed it out on cardboard and traced the front profile. I then took 1/4 or 5/16 (can't remember) rod and bent it to the exact shape and made a new support and welded tabs on for bolting on center grille section and upper apron. I added the attachment points for the frame and under the latch....when bolted on it only takes up the space of the rod with about the same strength of the older one for holding up the body panels and now there is room in front of the condenser for a fan....that is not why I did it but it may help you.
