Pushrod into New edge car

I was wondering if anyone has put a pushrod into a New edge car and keeping the EFI. Mostly wondering how the electronics and what has to be switched out.. My car will not have: AC, heat, smog, PS, and no power windows or locks. The main thing im looking to get info on is the ECU itself.

It's been done, but the only way to be worth the effort is if you put a serious engine in there, like a built 351 or high HP 5.0. I wouldn't do it if the car is already a 4.6L as the PI 4.6L is superior to the 5.0 IMHO.

If it's a V6 car, i'd still rather swap a 4.6L in.

It is a V6 car and the motor going in it is a 363 with a F1R

Most of the conversions i've seen use a carb-based windsor motor. Unjsure if i've ever seen an EFI setup done...i';m sure it could be done though
