Wow, car feels a lot stronger, can't wait to make it to the track again. I have a slight problem. When to car is warmed up, the idle surges like crazy now. I set my tps to like .994 volts with the engine off, did I do it right? When the engine is idling, it reads at a little over a volt.

99.4 is alittle high,you wanna be less then .99

i set mine at .95 and it idles pretty good.. sometimes goes up and down 50rpm or so but usually its right around 700rpm

I set mine to .998. The reading shouldn't change just because the engine is running, it should stay the same. I wonder if the vaccume is sucking it open a little. Check throttle linkage and throttle spring.

I would be leary of setting your TPS that close to 1.0v. Mine is at .96v. Everything that i reads pointed me to adjust TPS between .93 and .96v
