Ryan, i don't have my wiring diagrams anywhere handy so i can't tell you what wire to use. Just hook the black to the metal frame and the red needs to go to one of the wires on the dimmer. I beleive it may be the blue w/red tracer wire. I think that wire can also be found on the headlight switch if you want to tap it there

Same ones I bought, I found out about NR Auto when I watched Ackbar's videos and saw 'em. They get lots of compliments at the cruise-ins and what not.

Yeah even though Autometer says their Lunar series will burn out eventually these guys say their stuff won't. I know Ackbar said his dimmer switch controller went dead and he had to buy a new one so keep an eye out for that.
They are very nice quality gauges and very crisp. At their website they say they Steeda and Roush use their gauges.

The instructions are retarded and mostly useless. First they said take all the bulbs that illuminate the gauges out. Then at the end of the instructions they said leave some bulbs in to illuminate the needles and odometer!%$# I have one bulb in there right now behind the odometer and I can see all the needles fine. I will take everything back out and paint the needles fluorescent orange though.

They were still 99 bucks when I got mine but I'm still glad I got 'em.

Everythign has a life expectancy Im sure they will go out eventually. I figgure youll have more trouble with the dimmer than anything. I would by pass the dimmer and just hook em up direct if possible. It may have resistors in it though.

I imagine you could find the paint at an auto chain store or maybe a specialty auto paint store.

Ryan, Testors Orange model paint is what i used. Make sure you take off the old white paint first with acetone.
