Putting a 03 cobra bumper on a 96 cobra

Hey guys i don't know if this has been asked before but I was wondering will a 03 cobra bumper fit on a 96 cobra or is there some sort of conversion kit needed to make it work. I keep getting mixed anwsers from people. Any info on this swap would be greatly appreciated.

Anything is possible if you have enough money. It's not going to be a direct bolt on.

I heard that there was a conversion kits. They have 94-98 mustang kits that have features like the 03, and they are shaped the same as the 94-98 mustangs where they bolt up to the rest of the car. I don't know if it's true, but I heard it through the "grapevine".

Why would you want to do this?? There would definately need to be a lot of fiberglass work done to make the lines meet up, but it'd look like crap when it's done because the smooth lines of the sn95 wouldn't look right with the chiseled lines of the New Edge bumper...

It doesn't look correct because the ABC bumper B U L G E S out from the usually flush mount seen on the stock bumper, and even the OEM '03 '04 Cobra bumper...

94-95 has already discussed this, and the vote was that ABC didn't do enough R&D.

The bulge makes it sub par.
