just wondering if you guys dont mind, what did you, or what have you heard that people paid to put in a forged block? im wondering how much this will cost. thanks a lot!!
My mustang will be getting a Modular Performance big-bore aluminum block some time in the next year or so. I just need to wait until I get another vehicle so that I can afford to have the stang not working for a couple weeks.
I suggest that you save your money and get family/friends to come and help you put in your motor. That's what I did with both of my Porsches and then I took it to a specialist for $500 who fine tuned everything and fixed a couple of mistakes that we made. It's going to cost you close to $2k to get the motor put in and running correctly if you hire some one to do it.
